This is classed as one of France’s most important parks and gardens. It is set on one of the river’s islands and is covered with trees, lawns and flowers. The garden also boasts pools, streams, waterfalls and a landing stage, all of which surround the ancient water mill with its moving water-wheel. A mini museum teaches visitors about traditional-style fishing.
