Saint Christopher’s Church
The vestiges of the nave and the choir contain an iconographic heritage that is highly-exceptional for such a modest monument. The paintings span the 12th to 16th centuries. The main scenes illustrated on the walls include Christ in Majesty, surrounded by symbols representing the four evangelists, the patron saint of the church, Saint Christopher and a “miracle” of Saint Leonard, the patron saint of prisoners.
