Rosette is the story of resurgeance. In the early 2000s, there were only 4 die-hard winegrowers producing Rosette. The appellation was almost lost! But then came a handful of mild adventurers, some new winegrowers in the area who made the crazy bet to breathe new life to the appellation.
The resurgence of this fresh, delicate, sweet and terribly on-trend wine is down to them!
The Rosette regional appellation has been an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1946.
