In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, at the gateway to Périgord, Le Jardin de Marsy is housed in the former barn of a 19th-century farmhouse, lovingly restored by Christelle and Michaël. Opening onto the countryside, the gîte will win you over with its peace and quiet, just a stone's throw from shops and amenities.
Ground floor: a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, lit by high glass windows. 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and WCs, including one with disabled access, shared laundry room and WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with private shower room and 2 bedrooms with shared shower room and WC.
Outside, 2 terraces with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and plancha. Heated saltwater swimming pool (May to September) with automatic cover. SPA, petanque area, swing, table tennis. Indoor parking. Gîte suitable for 4 pers in low season
