Le Four de Cussac is the organic bakery of our Ecolieu!
We bake a wide range of organic natural sourdough breads, using local flours and products. We produce on Mondays & Thursdays and sell on the same days from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, directly at the Écolieu.
We also offer discovery and training courses in sourdough bread-making.
Don?t hesitate to contact us, l?Écolieu is also a place to stay (eco-camping), and a place open to different ideas?
Every Tuesday, we drop off the rest of Monday?s batch at the Localement vôtre Magasin de Producteurs in Le Buisson-de-Cadouin.
