Located the edge of Bergerac in the heart of the old Vinée Nord, castles and stately homes are scattered over this winegrowing area with its remarkable natural and managed biodiversity, including woods, orchards, and fields where elegant steeds graze.

The Pécharmant appellation has had Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée status since 1946 and produces intense, powerful and elegant wines.
