Built at the end of the 13th century, this fortified church is in Gothic style with a flat chevet. It has two defensive towers, one of which is in fact a 30 m high tower topped with machicolations. Its portico is remarkable for the richness of its representations : 24 juxtaposed pieces, symbols of the four evangelists, daily scenes, fantastic animals...
The interior of this church is monumental, ten pillars support the nave. At the entrance, there is a primitive well, allowing access to drinking water in case of siege. Note some traces of wall paintings representing Saint Jacques.
A small nod to Lalinde, the neighboring village, one of the paintings is an imitation of a tapestry representing Saint Front, patron saint of the parish, striking down the Coulobre (dragon) of Lalinde.
